BOO....Happy Haloween

Every single year we wait in anticipation (think of all the chocolate we will have in our house that day!).....and then it comes and.... it goes as quickly as it came.
Pumpkins are tossed aside (seeds are toasted and eaten) and all of a sudden we see red hats and hear jingle bells anywhere we turn our heads.

But this year Haloween created a bit of memory all on its own.

It was quite a surprise that we got to celebrate this day with the first snow of the season.

My memory may need some help from Ginkgo Biloba, but I certainly can't remember a Haloween when it would be possible to make a huge wampire-snowman the morning of the BOO Day.

So, to make sure I remember this day for a few days, I got dressed in my winter coat, put on my winter boots and headed outside to capture this wonderfully different day.

And, indeed, it was quite special.
Hope you had an Xtra Special Haloween this year, too!
