Fall, are you really here?
And, yet again, September decided to grace us with its presence.
With it, as usual, came colder mornings and ever-present need to check the weather channel to dress properly for temperatures ranging from 5-28 Degrees , all on the same day.
It also brought the wonderful apple season, fun for people of all ages. Because there is nothing like a sunny fall day spent in the apple orchard...and the smell of freshly baked apple pie, too :)
What else came with September? The need to give a little attention to nature, of course!
The intriguing smell of the forest at the end of September, so hard to describe, but so unforgettable..... And the wonderful beauty of the colors that Monther Nature gives us before it decides to go back to sleep for a very long time (especially when you live in our part of the world).
I have fallen in love with Fall many years ago but, each year in September, the smells and sights around me remind me of the wonderful memories I made when I was growing up!
